Call for Participation

It is suggested that rather liberal rules should be applied for evaluating potential members of the TRain Open Consortium.
  • People and institutions should subscribe to the Grand Challenge paradigm.
  • People and institutions should put forward a believable plan for their - either individual or collaborative - plans for contributing to the overall goals.
  • Members must subscribe to an English "only" and free distribution publications policy: As far as is reasonable reports should be in English, and should be available over the Internet - for all: Whether members of the TRain Open Consortium or not !
  • Members can be anyone.
  • Members may be associated with zero, one or more topic areas, ie., committees.
